Haha nice one :D
it's a 3-bit counter :D obviously it can count from 0 to 4 and gives the output in a dual number like 0-1-1 (3 :P) .
Stuff you learn in a 11th grade of a technical grammar school xD a bit exaggerated to make such engineering things after 4 days of IT :D
