I'm against this Idea! Firstly, giving these powers for those juniors would mean they will have same powers as those Juniors which are taken for certain room. (Like SH Juniour, DM Junior...) In my opinion, if there is such a Language Junior he Should have only Mute ability!
Secoundly, as this is international server and admins, juniors comes from diffrent countrys, I am sure there is only few language chats which admins, juniors miss (as example u mentioned Arab chat).
Thirdly, if u have this kind of problem, u can always take a screenshots - post a report with english translate. Admins can ask other Arabs to check if its right translate or check himself and if its correct, he will be punished.
Even dou it would take a time doing these things, it's better then make more and more players with powers. There are already huge FFS staff and a lot of Juniors already and I think these numbers will even grow, so in my opinion this is unnecessarily!

I like the idea but there must be a way to limit the mute ability to only language chat and I guess it must be scripted (?), although I'm not sure if it already exists.

It's impossible to have 24/7 coverage on all the language chats to ensure no one is behaving inappropriate, just try to imagine how many people this would require. Not to mention that you now are also allowed to speak in other languages in the arena. I hardly doubt it's even possible to find enough capable people to fill all these spots.
Best thing to do when someone is misbehaving would be to gather the required proof and report them on the forum. When you take a look at the handled reports you can see that most of them are being handled by ffs members or juniors within 24 hours.
Current system is working fine, no need to change.
Having to find new Juniors for languages seems unnecessary and a waste of human resources. What I propose instead is having current Juniors moderate their own language chats by giving them mute capabilities in them. Most language chats are almost never used as well and having a Junior(s) for them is useless.
Then... Wll be added or no?

I think it's not bad idea, a Junior for chat language or/and eventually section for any language (where the Junior can put all rules of server/forum/gamemodes/ecc translated). I have some idead about it, maybe I propose something in these days.

There are 31 admin and 48 juniors, i think they are enough to control the chat.
