Server, password, personal match schedule, and more will be sent to you through your preferred form of communication 2-3 days before your group plays. You will receive this message two days before you are scheduled to play, you have one day to notify the organizer if your availability is at risk. Usually games have around 50-70 spectators. If you are lagging with many spectators, better to avoid participating. Don't register if you can't play in the days of week you mentioned.
Blacklisted players (the ones who didn't arrive without letting organizers know) aren't able to participate in our tournaments anymore. You can see them here.
