Additional Comments: This guy offended a lot of us before, and still making shitstorm and making everyone upset and unhappy. An admin should be mature and friendly to players and be an example for the community.
He was warned once for his childish behavior, and still he didn't learn the lesson.

These screenshots are from the same day as the day he was demoted previously, what is your point with providing old logs?
You said it, "the same day as the day he was demoted" right after he got demoted and got warned by higher admins he made this shit in the GlobalChat, old logs or not this guy kept misbehaving even thought @-ffs-Luna warned him, yet he didn't learn the lesson. and this screenshot I took it one week ago.
