Make it possible to upload avatar with any size you want

Hey FFS community,I'm pretty sure that many people faced with that difficulty, when you wanna to upload any image as your avatar but u can only upload it if you will change the size of it to 180x100,
and huge part of images which u wanna to upload as ur avatar looks not so good as before changing their size,therefore i came up with idea to download avatars with any size they want,
because 180x100 looks not so good and when you are changing the size of the image you wanna to upload as an avatar,it's compress asf and looks ugly
