I lost all of my ptp points and shop things

Hi guys, a few hours ago I had a problem with my account due to an error and I lost everything including all my PTP points, they were around 425K and in my statistics I have practically nothing.

What happened was that I was playing, because of a PTP bug I could not shoot and because of this I decided to reconnect to the server, when I logged in and returned to PTP the points no longer appeared and apart from that the rest of the things I had bought in the shop.
