para solventar esta cagada voy a dejar una receta de buñuelos asi al menos este thread tiene algo decente:
Ingredientes
15 raciones
1 1/2 taza (180 gr) harina leudante
1/2 taza (100 gr ) azúcar
1/2 taza (60 cc) leche
2 huevos
1 cda aceite
1 cdita esencia
Aceite para freir
1) Batir los huevos con batidor de alambre hasta que esten espumosos.

2) Agregar el azúcar, la leche, el aceite, la esencia y seguir batiendo.

3) Añadir la harina y mezclar bien.
