I don't think it is possible to delete shortcuts with script, just map so there wouldn't be any huge skips.
you can do it several ways, if it's cutting controls: use getElementRotation & blowVehicle, if you can skip a part in general: block it off with walls
So let me get this straight, you mean to tell me that before puma markers were obsolete you couldn't put down 2 markers. Console V5 is a good example. (Marker A and Marker B) Marker A being near the shortcut and B being near the hunter pick, so if the player some how skips the MARKER A, and proceeds to MARKER B(mind you marker B is to check to see if the player went through Marker A)KA BOOM. I already have a script, I was just wondering if someone could help me get started or if there's an alternative to making this damn thing work. If you are interested in looking over my script PM me. Hard: The best way for it could be to record the whole track (You need to pass your map first) and create a system to detect that the guy is near the coordinates of ur record with a timer. If the timer is exceded then BUM ! BLOW HIM !
And the easiest way that many of the mappers currently do is to create some marker points and create a simple condition that the player has hit x number of markers to allow him to pickup the hunter. Otherwise BUM ! BLOW HIM ! (This si the easiest method i can get on my mind and it should take time to do it.)

Just create a bunch of invisible corona markers with different coordinates and make a variable for each that has a boolean value, then make a one big marker before the hunter that blows up the player if any of the markers are false
