I came up with an idea of offering my help in changing UI of userpanel, pretty sure it will go next. I'm not a beast designer, but have an experience behind my back. If that would be useful for you, type me directly here in forum. @Sniper , @Micra

Also @Micra , I wonder what language you made that UI with. I mean I'm familiar that nowadays you can make UI in MTA with plain HTML/CSS things.
